Mocha Shake THM: S

One of my favorite things in the whole world is a good Cafe Mocha.  This one is pretty yummy and perfect for a healthy Mocha fix for breakfast.  And versatile!  You can add any extract you like to switch it up!

1 heaping cup of ice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. of another flavor of extract, if you choose (caramel, hazelnut, chocolate, peppermint (or 1 drop of Young Living Vitality Peppermint is so good...whatever you want or omit this part)
1 Tablespoon instant coffee (less if you like it less strong)
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1 Tablespoon Gentle Sweet (or 1 squeeze of liquid stevia like Pyure)

Add everything to your blender (or blender cup attachment) and blend until smooth.
