Whoa baby! A small slice of this goodness will do ya'. If you're a peanut butter lover, this is the pie for you!
Crust:
24 nutter butter cookies, crushed
5 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 (8oz.) tub cool whip, thawed and divided
Crush cookies and mix crumbs with butter. Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of the cool whip. Spoon mixture into crust. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand for 30 minutes or until pie can easily be cut. Garnish with reserved cool whip and extra nutter butter cookies. To make it look all fancy and extra special, drizzle chocolate onto empty plates, place pie piece in center of plate on top of chocolate drizzles.
