Sausage Gravy Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

This.  If this is all I ever had for breakfast ever again I would be a happy girl.  It's everything you want!  Eggs, Biscuits, sausage gravy, cheese...everybody is here.  

1lb. sausage, browned and crumbled 
1pkg. Pioneer brand Original or Peppered Gravy Mix, prepared according to the package instructions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 8oz. can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.  
Cut each biscuit into 1" pieces (about 6 pieces per biscuit).
Scatter the cut biscuits over the bottom of the baking dish.
Sprinkle the browned sausage over the biscuit pieces.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Whisk the eggs and milk together and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the entire dish.  
Pour the prepared gravy over to top of the egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven 30-45 minutes.
