Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Frosting

This is the perfect chocolate frosting!  I add strong brewed coffee instead of milk and it makes it so incredibly chocolatey and decadent....sigh.  Use it to frost the Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake.

1 stick butter; melted
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together the melted butter and cocoa powder until all of the cocoa lumps are gone.  Add coffee and vanilla; stir until combined.  Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until all of the powdered sugar is incorporated.  Beat the frosting mixture until it's a spreadable consistency; 2-3 minutes.  If it's too thick, add a little more coffee.  Makes about 2 cups of frosting.
