Corn Bread

A friend served this corn bread one night when she invited us to dinner.  Now, I'm a bit funny about my corn bread.  I don't like any chunky stuff in it...no peppers, no veggies of any kind, no seasonings.  Just corn bread.  This is by far the best corn bread I've ever had.  It's sweet and moist and perfect with a nice blob of salty butter on top.

2 boxes jiffy corn bread mix
1/2 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together with a fork until moist.  Place in greased 9x13 dish and bake for 20-30 minutes until bread is golden on top.  Serve with real salted butter.
