Chocolate Chip-Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Cookie Bars

I know...what a title!  But seriously...it's a cookie.  But you make it in a bar form.  And it's a cross breed of a peanut butter cookie, an oatmeal cookie, and a chocolate chip cookie and it's DELICIOUS!  Then to top it off, it's drizzled with an amazing peanut butter glaze.  Sigh....

Cookie:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips (or more...if ya' want)

Icing:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk, more for thinning if needed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, egg and vanilla.  Add flour, oats, baking soda and salt.  Beat until thoroughly combined.  Spread cookie mixture into greased baking dish.  Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.  Bake 20-25 minutes.  Cool completely.

Once the cookie is cooled, combing all of the icing ingredients until smooth and drizzly.  Drizzle the goodness all over the top of the cooled cookie.  Cut into bars and enjoy!
