Coke Poke Cake

This is one of those cakes that after people take a bite they ask you what's in it, you tell them, they give you a funny look, give the cake a funny look, and then say "Nu uh!!"  It's an extremely moist and easy cake.  And the best part, it's made with Diet Coke!  I made it for our Youth Group when we had a "Cola War" contest.  I made all of the food and everything I made had a different soda as an ingredient.  Such as Coke and Barbeque Meatballs.  This was a huge hit!

1 package chocolate cake mix
1 can diet coke
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub fat free cool whip
fat free caramel ice cream topping
your favorite candy bar or cookie to crush on top.

Preheat oven according to cake mix instructions for a 9x13 size dish.
In a medium mixing bowl combine chocolate cake mix and entire can of diet coke.  (That's it.  No oil, no eggs.  Just cake mix and diet coke.)  Pour chocolate mixture into greased 9x13 dish and bake according to cake mix instructions.
Remove cake from oven,  and let it cool only slightly.  With the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes all over cake approximately 1-inch apart.  Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk all over cake, making sure that you get some in all of the holes and around the edges.  Then drizzle approximately half of the bottle of fat free caramel topping over cake, again making sure you get some in all of the holes and around the edges.  Refrigerate cake until completely cool.  Before serving, "ice" cake with cool whip and garnish with chopped up cookies/candy bar of your choice and remaining caramel ice cream topping.  My favorite is to either use crushed oreo's or heath bar.
