Sloppy Joes

This sloppy joe recipe will feed a small army.  The good news is that it's extremely tasty and freezes very well.  So make a huge batch of it, portion it out into sizes that meet your family's needs and pull it out for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking.  It also doubles as an excellent hot dog sauce.

5 lbs. ground beef
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons mayo
3 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. yellow mustard
4 cans of tomato soup
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
salt and pepper to taste

Brown and crumble ground beef, drain grease.  Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
