Remoulade Sauce is a delicious little sauce that goes well with almost any seafood. I love it with fresh cooked shrimp.
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons horseradish
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Serve chilled with seafood. Will keep for several days in an air tight container. It also freezes well.
