Oreo Truffle Brownies

I can't even begin to count the number of times I've been asked for this recipe.  It's a gooey brownie.  And as if that wasn't enough, it has a thick layer of oreo truffle slathered on the top.  And then it gets all fancy lookin' with some white chocolate drizzles.  If you take this to a party, you will not come home with any leftovers.  (And this can be our little secret...the brownies are made with a boxed brownie mix. Shhhhh!)

2 boxes of Ghiradelli brownie mix; I prefer the triple chocolate mix, but use whatever you like
1 package oreo cookies; double stuff, regular...whatever you can find
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
white chocolate chips
vegetable oil

Bake brownies according to instructions on box for a 9x13 dish.  Allow to cool completely.
In a food processor, add entire entire package of oreos and crush until they are a fine crumb.  If you don't own a food processor, first of all, fix that, secondly you can put the oreos in a gallon zipper bag and take out your frustration with a rolling pin or side of a meat tenderizer.  Either way...just crush them.  Add the cream cheese to your oreo crumbs and combine completely.  Spread oreo mixture over top of cooled brownies.
Pour half of the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe coffee mug.  Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and microwave for 30 seconds.  Stir chips and oil, together and continue to microwave in 30 second increments until chips are runny and drizzly; adding oil as necessary to make it very runny.  Drizzle white chocolate over top of brownies.
