Macaroni and Cheese

I love easy recipes.  And this is one of them.  It's super easy to make and even super easy to remember if you are at the grocery store and don't have the recipe with you.  All you need to remember is 6 ingredients and 2 cups of each.  Now, here's the ingredients.

2 cups dry macaroni, or other small pasta of your liking
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil pasta according to directions on package, drain and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, adding pasta last.  Toss pasta with cheese to make sure all pasta is coated with cheese.  Transfer to a large casserole dish.  Bake 1 hour or until cheese is bubbly on top and slightly browned.
