Layered "Dreamsicle"


Who doesn't love a dreamsicle?!  This dessert is so light and will take you back to your childhood memories of dreamsicles on the front porch.

2 cups orange sherbet, softened
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (8oz.) tub cool whip, thawed

Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with foil.  Spread sherbet onto bottom of prepared pan to form an even layer.  Freeze 10 minutes.  Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a large bowl with mixer until creamy.  Gradually add condensed milk and juice.  Beat until well blended.  Gently stir in cool whip.  Pour cream cheese mixture over sherbet in pan.  Freeze for 3 hours.  
To serve, invert pan onto plate.  Remove and discard foil.  Enjoy!
