Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is a totally yummy and gooey hot mess of an appetizer.  Serve with an assortment of crackers, nacho chips, and for our carb free friends, raw veggies.

1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 package (10oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup light/reduced fat mayo
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.  Spoon into a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.  Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
