Cheesy Potatoes

This is an extremely easy side dish that I always beg my mother-in-law to make when she's here.  Why do things taste better if a mom makes it?

1 pkg. shredded potatoes
1 can cream of "something" soup (mushroom, chicken...whatever you have)
1 cup sour cream
shredded cheddar, however cheesy your family likes it

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into baking dish (whatever size you like).  Like I said...easy dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.  Bake 45 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbly.
